Setting: A historical-fantasy version of the Atlantic crossing -1600s
Summary: The party joins the legendary voyage of the Mayflower, only to find their journey haunted by far more than storm & sea. As bitter cold engulfs the ship & a phantom vessel stalks them from beneath the waves, they must defend the ship from Davy Jones & his undead crew. Can they protect the passengers, sacred cargo & the Mayflower itself - or will they be dragged to the depths to join the cursed crew of the HMS Phantom?

City of the Black Rose is a love letter to Noir movies where the adventurers will solve clues and solve the case all within the timeframe, and if they don't the the horrors will consume it.
Player Information: Level 9 character (pre-made available) aim to focus on detective work and solving mysteries over combat 1950s fantasy setting with a mid fantasy twist.
Intended for players who like to solve puzzles and delve into the world lore.
